This is a 5 " wide, 1/2" thick, hickory hardwood. It has a semi-gloss finish and micro-beveled ends and edges. The 2-mm wear layer contains an anti-scratch top coat with aluminum oxide to protect against wear while enhancing the natural tones.
Engineered woods are created using layers of wood stacked cross grain and secured together using heat and pressure. Because of the layering, engineered wood is less likely to be affected by moisture and humidity, so they are suitable for almost any room. This hardwood can be installed in residential settings. It can be stapled, nailed or glued.

The manufacturer warrants that, under normal residential conditions and with proper maintenance, the finish will not wear through for 25 years from the date of purchase. Gloss reduction is not considered wear through and is not covered under this warranty. The warranty is to the original retail purchaser and not transferable. Manufacturer warrants that the wood flooring is free from defects in lamination and assembly as long as you own the product. The manufacturer warrants that the wood flooring meets quality standards. You or your installer should carefully inspect the products before installation for any milling, dimension or visual defects. Any uncut pieces that appear to have defects should be returned to the original place of purchase; those pieces that do not meet our specifications will be replaced. Since wood is a natural product, there will be natural variations in color, tone and grain that are not covered by this warranty. This pre-installation warranty expires upon installation.
This product is warranted against adhesive bond release due to subfloor moisture for as long as you own your home. This warranty provides for a one-time only repair due to moisture migrating through the slab only and applies only when proper and recommended installation procedures are followed.
For service under this warranty, you must notify the dealer/retailer/contractor from whom you originally purchased the product.
